Processing Time

All orders are processed within  3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may take longer. If there are significant delays, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50

Domestic Shipping

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
